Mark Hancock visits and supports schools, film festivals, Wave theater plays and musicals, organizations and special events, around the world. He shares the history of the Wave story, including what it was like to be a student in the original class. Looking at the appeal, elements, and dangers of extremism; and considering alternate positive practices. He has done presentations in classes and assemblies, Q&A with film and theater audiences, slideshows, and screenings of the Wave documentary movie called  “Lesson Plan” (he is Associate Producer).

SCHOOL VISITS

Mark has spoken at Seattle University, University of Victoria, Simon Fraser University, University of Toronto, University of Copenhagen, University of Cincinnati, Southern Oregon University; and many middle and high schools in the US, Canada, England, Germany, Austria, Israel, Netherlands, Belgium; and supported Wave events at schools in Chile and Honduras
